Why hire a consultant?
Just as you know your job, we know ours. We can take away the stress and hassle so you can get back to enjoying the things that matter to you.
How do you fix violations?
It depends on the type. Experienced resolving hundreds of violations, we understand the legal process. Some violations just require some landscaping or other physical work, while others require permits, and yet others have hearings with town commissions.
How does billing work?
We will give you an initial, detailing expenses and what could increase the cost (e.g. unexpected hearings, hiring engineers) and will ask for an initial down payment.
Why plant natives?
Native plants are part of the ecosystem. All plants are native somewhere and fit into the complex web where they are from. Outside of that area, they have less value and can even cause harm.
